- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time
User Accounts and Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under your account.

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- One account per organization; sharing accounts is prohibited
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- You are responsible for all activity on your account
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use Talenty.ai only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

- Do not scrape, crawl, or harvest data without permission

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited when using our service.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the service
- Removing or modifying any proprietary notices or labels
- Using the service to compete with Talenty.ai
- Reselling or redistributing the service without authorization
- Collecting personal information of candidates without consent
- Sending unsolicited spam or bulk messages
- Using automated tools to access the service without permission
- Creating fake accounts or providing false information
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality of the service are owned by Talenty.ai and protected by intellectual property laws.

Payments and Subscriptions
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

- All fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for

Termination

- AI results may not be 100% accurate; human review is recommended

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talenty.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months
- We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, or business interruption
- We are not liable for third-party actions or content
- We are not liable for your hiring decisions or employment outcomes
- Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these may not apply to you
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Talenty.ai from any claims arising from your use of the service.
- You will defend us against claims arising from your use of the service

- You will defend us against claims arising from your violation of these terms
- You will defend us against claims arising from your violation of any laws
- This includes all related costs, damages, and attorneys' fees
Legal Compliance

- You must comply with laws regarding candidate communications
- You must comply with export control and sanctions laws
- You must obtain all necessary licenses and permits
- We are not responsible for your legal compliance
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time with notice to you.
- We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification
- Changes become effective 30 days after notification
- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
- If you do not agree to changes, you must stop using the service
General Provisions
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Talenty.ai regarding the service.
- Governing Law: These terms are governed by California law
- Dispute Resolution: Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration
- Severability: If any provision is invalid, the rest remain in effect
